The service
GymVibe is software that gyms use to manage members, attendance, payments, classes, training plans, and communication. We provide the tools; each gym runs its own business and makes its own decisions about memberships, pricing, and staff.
We keep improving the app, so features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell your gym or the gym owner right away if you think your account has been misused.
- Staff and member accounts are created or linked by the gym, and the gym can change or remove that access.
Responsibilities of gym owners
- Only add people who have agreed to be members or staff, and have a lawful reason to record their information.
- Give staff only the access their role needs.
- Keep invoice details such as legal name, GSTIN, and tax rates correct for your business.
- Handle member requests to see, correct, or delete their information.
Memberships, payments, and refunds
Membership fees are agreed between you and your gym. GymVibe records payments and generates invoices, but the gym sets prices, collects money, and decides on refunds, freezes, and cancellations. Contact your gym about any billing question.
If a gym subscribes to a paid GymVibe plan, the price and billing terms shown at purchase apply to that subscription.
Health and fitness
Workouts, diet plans, and progress tracking are for general fitness guidance. They are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a health condition, injury, or are pregnant.
Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
Acceptable use
When using the app, do not:
- Access accounts, gyms, or data you are not authorised to see.
- Harass, threaten, or send abusive or unlawful messages.
- Upload malware or try to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Use the app to send spam or unrelated promotions to members.
Your content
Messages, plans, notes, and records you add stay yours or your gym’s. You give us permission to store and display them only so the service works for you and the people you share them with.
Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. Gyms can remove staff or member access at any time.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, or on the web at gym-management-system-f7985.web.app/delete-account. Deleting removes your login, profile and personal workout and body logs straight away and cannot be undone. Records your gym keeps for its own business stay with the gym; ask your gym if you also want those removed. A gym owner must first remove all members and staff; deleting the owner account then deletes the gym and all of its data.
Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, GymVibe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and if unresolved, will be handled by the competent courts in India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will give notice in the app before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
